(x), + 271pp. plus (32). A (32 page) b/white halftone plate section at rear, consisting of 99 photographs taken by the author. All plates extant and attached. Book clean and square. Bright gilt titles on lightly bumped spine and undamaged red cloth boards. Minor flecks on head of textblock, mild tanned strips on free endpapers, else leaves unmarked. Art-illustrated, loose-plastic protected dustjacket edge and shelfworn, with several pieces nipped out - the largest thumbnail size at top edge of front panel. Keyline is a technique for maximizing beneficial use of water resources on a specific piece of land . . . Contents of this edition (revised and much expanded on the original edition titled - "The Keyline Plan", published in 1954) include: Prelims., Foreword, 3 'parts' (total 21 chapters), Index.
